Jerome Galli

Jerome Galli is a partner in the firm concentrating on trust and estate litigation, conservatorships, elder law, Medi-Cal planning, and real estate. Jerome's work includes:
- Representation and counseling of trustees in fiduciary accounting and family disputes
- Obtaining Court orders to remove trustees, compel accountings, and compel distributions to beneficiaries
- Will and trust contests
- Recovering assets that have been misappropriated from seniors and obtaining restraining orders to stop financial elder abuse
- Reforming irrevocable trusts through Court orders
- Conservatorships, which involve seeking Court protection for a person who has lost capacity, and guardianships for minors
- Real estate disputes involving breaches of contract, easements, and boundaries
